  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts. This applies to the first payment only.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in email abuse.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.

  • Consume excessive server resources that negatively impact other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or refund.

6. Resource Usage

  • Each hosting plan comes with specified resource allocations (storage, bandwidth, email accounts, etc.).
  • We may suspend or limit accounts that exceed their allocated resources.
  • "Unlimited" features, where offered, are subject to our Fair Use Policy and are intended for normal website operation.
  • We reserve the right to request that you upgrade your plan if your resource usage consistently exceeds reasonable limits.

7. Backups and Data

  • While we perform regular backups as a courtesy, it is ultimately your responsibility to maintain your own backups.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damage.
  • You retain all ownership rights to your content and data.

8. Uptime Guarantee

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% server uptime.
  • This guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance, which we will announce in advance when possible.
  • This guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, network outages beyond our infrastructure, DDoS attacks, or your own software/code.

9. Domain Names

  • Domain registration and management, if offered, are subject to the terms of the respective domain registrar.
  • We are not responsible for domain name disputes, expiration, or loss.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your service at any time through your client area or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts.
  • After the initial 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • We reserve the right to retain any data for a reasonable period after cancellation before permanent deletion.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Your payment is overdue.
  • Your account is being used for illegal activities.
  • Your usage negatively impacts other customers or our infrastructure.
  • We receive a valid legal order requiring us to do so.

12. Limitation of Liability
